Most of our product can be shipped same business day and arrive in 2-5 business days. Please allow 7 business days for any order due to shipping delays such as weather.

We ship using UPS & Fedex Ground, and when applicable, UPS & Fedex Freight.

Shipping Internationally is exempt from shipping discount due to current rates. Rates in shopping cart are calculated real time by UPS.

Please allow 5-7 days for shipping on most items. Some items require special shipping methods and may take longer (special orders, large orders, etc.)

All Pallet orders (glues, tackstrip, padding, underlayment etc.) require shipping to a non-residential location.

Orders placed outside of the United States, Pre-Floor is not responsible for Duties & Taxes.

International Flat Rate Shipping box is $62, dimensions are: 11 7/8" x 3 3/8" x 13 5/8" and can fit several small tools, including knee kickers, shears, driving bars, and staplers. If you are not sure your whole order will fit, email us and we will make sure it does.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Cancellations must be made within the same day as order made. Refunds are only given once item is returned to Pre-Floor in resaleable condition. Please contact Pre-Floor before sending item back to receive authorization.
